We’re Building Candy the Right Way!

Because ingredients matter, especially for people who actually read the label. Here's what you can expect from Nibbles.

Anticipated Formula Highlights:

  • 0 Sugar (We're leaning towards allulose: a rare sugar that tastes like the real thing but doesn't spike blood sugar. It's diabetic-friendly, gentle on digestion, and has no weird aftertaste.)
  • Fiber (from prebiotic fiber like chicory root or tapioca)
  • Organic cocoa or chocolate
  • Nut butter (e.g., peanut, cashew, or almond)
  • Milk protein or whey isolate (for nougat texture)
  • Egg Whites (for structure/fluff)
  • Sea salt

What You’ll Never Find in Nibbles

  • 🚫 Sugar alcohols (erythritol, maltitol, etc.)
  • 🚫 Seed oils
  • 🚫 "Natural flavors"
  • 🚫 Artifical preservatives
  • 🚫 Gluten

Why We’re Still Finalizing It

We’re still in development, and that means we’re fine-tuning the exact formula to make sure it tastes amazing and meets our standards. Transparency is baked into the brand, so we’ll keep you posted every step of the way.

Common Questions

Will it be dairy-free?
We’re working on a version that’s low dairy, not completely dairy-free. We may use a small amount of whey or milk protein for the nougat texture. I am lactose sensitive, so this is a top priority.

Will it be vegan?
Not this version. It may contain egg whites and dairy. But we’re open to plant-based products down the line!

When will the final ingredients be available?
It's hard to say. We’re working with a food scientist right now and little by little we are dialing in the recipe. We are aiming to publish the confirmed list within the next couple months.
